Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

We are committed to getting your natural skincare products to you as quickly as possible! Orders are processed and shipped within 1-6 business days after payment is received.

We offer delivery to Cape Town for R100, and nationwide delivery for just R110.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of our courier service.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries.

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Sundara Natural Skincare products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original condition.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition they were received.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
