3. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and EFT. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Costs: We offer free delivery on orders over R1,200.00. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
